Q2. Can I customize the printing of the packing and print our logo on the UV lamps?
A: Sure, we support OEM and ODM with logo and packaging customization.
Q3. Do you charge extra fees for product customization (e.g., logo printing, packaging design)?
A: Simple logo printing is free for orders over 10pcs, while special packaging design needs a one-time fee.
Q4. Can you provide a production schedule for my bulk order to track progress?
A: We will send a detailed production schedule and regular progress updates with photos/videos for your bulk order.
Q5. Will you provide operation guidance for UV curing systems?
A: We supply English manuals, online training and optional on-site technical guidance.
